- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Be aware .. my first visit to his rooms after hospitalisation and Cassim being my admitting doctor and visiting me for 5 days in hospital.... found me at the reception desk... handing over my paperwork (referral etc.) and seeing that the waiting room was rather full (my appt. 5.0pm) and with my driver waiting outside, asked a simple question as to did she know approximately the time frame of the visit so that I could inform my driver as to if he wished to wait or return later.... ( a simple request as I saw it) Then the receptionist responded with a barrage of nasty remarks as my having no rights to ask any questions and stated that one should just wait as long as it takes..... etc. and then abruptly threw my paperwork back at me and when asked "why are you treating me in this way" , stormed out of the room as saying "I am not speaking to you" .... leaving me in shock and no other avenue as to leave the room.... So waiting for three weeks for this consultation thus became not only a waste of my time, but also a huge traumatic experience.... with further medical consequences ....
